Revista Română de Biblioteconomie și Știința Informării/Romanian Journal of Library and Information Science (RRBSI) is a quarterly, peer-reviewed and open access journal, edited since 2005 by Romanian Library Association.
RRBSI seeks to publish original articles on all aspects of library and information science. Review articles, perspectives, opinions, and commentaries, as well as book reviews are also welcomed.
Given the similar history and development of libraries in Southeastern Europe, the journal is focused on publishing studies regarding the theory and practice of librarianship in the countries pertaining to this geographical area. However, this approach is not exclusive, other topics being also covered.
