Short Description
The Romanian Journal of Arbitration is the only publication in Romania dedicated to national and international arbitration, with a tradition of over 17 years and a quarterly publication schedule.
The Romanian Journal of Arbitration contains materials in both Romanian and English that cover the following areas: national arbitration, international arbitration (commercial and investment), the auxiliary jurisdiction of arbitration, and the case law of Romanian and foreign courts in annulment proceedings as well as in the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. It also addresses issues of private international law, public international law, and both substantive and procedural law in areas that have received noteworthy jurisprudential interpretation by arbitral tribunals compared to national courts. The journal presents updates from the field of international arbitration, book reviews and reviews of international arbitration journals, as well as the achievements of Romanian teams in international moot court competitions.
The sections of the Romanian Journal of Arbitration are addressed to all participants: lawyers, legal advisors, arbitrators, academics, experts, tax consultants, and young researchers from Romania and around the world.
