Short Description

"Annales Universitatis Paedagogicae Cracoviensis.Studia Historicolitteraria" is an academic annual published by the Institute of Polish Philology of the Pedagogical University in Krakow.

History
The traditions of the journal date back to 1961, when the first issue of "Pracy Historycznoliterackie” appeared as a subseries of the “Academic and Didactic Annual of the Higher Pedagogical School in Krakow”.The journal has been operating under its current name since 2009.In 1961-1976, the Editorial Committee of "Pracy Historycznoliterackie" was headed by Professor Wincenty Danek, an outstanding historian of literature and didactics, a long-term rector of the Higher School of Pedagogy in Krakow, and subsequent volumes of the journal were edited by outstanding literary scholars, including Jan Nowakowski, Stanisław Burkot, Jerzy Jarowiecki, Bolesław Faron, Józef Z. Białek, Halina Bursztyńska, and Tadeusz Budrewicz.
