Short Description
A scientific quarterly “Nowa Kodyfikacja Prawa Karnego” (New Criminal Law Codification) - has been published by the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw since 1997.
Our quarterly is an important forum for the exchange of scientific ideas in the field of penal sciences. The analysis of the most recent issues of the doctrine and practice of broadly defined criminal law and criminal proceedings is a distinctive and long respected profile of the quarterly. The thematically coherent program and substantive content highly evaluated in terms of the quality of the presented papers are a constant determinant of the work on the subsequent volumes of the Nowa Kodyfikacja Prawa Karnego. The subjects discussed also concern criminological aspects of crime, forensic science, the law concerning offences and the issues related to international (European) standards and principles of cooperation in the field of justice and combating crime.
