Summary/Abstract: A comparative Datalyrics study about television reporting on migration in the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary and Poland in 2015 and 2018 indicates that organizational practices - not reporters‘ opinions – impact the quality of news decisively. This article summarizes the study and features responses of some of the editors and reporters that created the news under the study.
