Summary/Abstract: The report analyzes conditions for defence and security cooperation within the Visegrad Group and proposes a number of concrete projects, which could be undertaken by the V4 states in the framework of NATO’s “smart defence initiative”. Among authors of the report there are PISM director Marcin Zaborowski and research fellows Marcin Terlikowski and Gareth Chappell (active in the project till March 2012 r.). The editor of the document is Tomàš Valàšek from the Central European Policy Institute (Slovak Atlantic Commission).
