Summary/Abstract: Tokom devedestih godina, zbog ratova i diskriminacije na prostoru bivše Jugoslavije, veliki broj građana Srbije i Crne Gore dobio je privremenu zaštitu u zemljama Zapadne Evrope. Hiljade državljana Srbije i Crne Gore i posle demokratskih promena 2000. godine tako|e nastavlja da traži azil u zapadnim zemljama.
