Summary/Abstract: Nine years of the "Our City, Our Schools" project resulted in the creation of the School Partnership Model through joint intercultural activities (hereinafter referred to as the School Partnership Model). The model is designed to encourage and strengthen the values and practices of intercultural education, developing a network of cooperation between schools in Bujanovac, Preševo and Medveđa - between schools where teaching takes place in the Serbian and Albanian languages. The cooperation of these schools took place in many ways - through joint meetings, seminars, workshops, excursions, public actions, study visits, publishing publications. All those activities involved many actors - students, teachers, facilitators, coordinators, directors, parents, mentors. The core activities of the entire project included intercultural joint activities where the teachers designed how, through cooperation with another school, the idea of interculturality would become close to all students. After many joint activities during these nine years, the time has come to summarize and share the collected knowledge once again. This short manual was written with the aim that all interested teachers can continue and build on what was learned from the "Our City, Our Schools" project.
