Summary/Abstract: The resolution was created through the joint work of representatives of civil society, public and independent institutions from Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Serbia, during the regional dialogue held in Ohrid in December 2024. The resolution aims to actively lobby and represent the key aspects of digitization and protection of personal data through the engagement of relevant actors in the areas of digitization, human rights, legislation and European integration both at the national and regional levels.
