Summary/Abstract: The results of the parliamentary and local elections in the fall of 2025 will dictate the dynamics of possible political and security events. Relations between Serbian and Albanian political parties will be shaped during the parliamentary election campaign. An aggressive campaign could further strain the already strained relations between them. The election campaign was premature, and Kosovo is stuck in the jaws of geopolitics. Kosovo again attracted the attention of the international public, because Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina were detected as security neuralgic points in the Western Balkans. On the issue of Kosovo, we have two conflicting constitutional solutions, one according to which Kosovo was part of Serbia, and the other according to the Kosovo constitution, which states that Kosovo is an independent and independent state. How is it even possible to normalize relations through the existing dialogue on the normalization of relations, respecting those two constitutional solutions?
