Summary/Abstract: I recently participated in the 45th international business conference in Sarajevo called "Common Regional Market". Managers from the region, public figures who can contribute to the economic renewal and prosperity of the region gathered at the conference. I experienced an incredible welcome and at the same time I had the great honor of being the keynote speaker at the conference. I must say that I heard a lot of smart thoughts and opinions, which were expressed and Enter your search term... which can be useful to everyone, because they are based on many experiences and talents. My wish is that this kind of event grows into the "Davos of Southeast and Central Europe". My report "Path to success - Regional cooperation, where and how to proceed" aroused great interest from the participants, especially the initiative on establishing a Fund for the preservation and development of family companies, which would enable the survival of family companies, which would ensure continuity, i.e. the transfer of business from one generation to the next. In these areas, everything is neglected, including the family. Instead of a contentious mentality, we need to build a mentality of cooperation, understanding and rapprochement.
