Summary/Abstract: The Mid Term Review (MTR) of the ‘Roadmap for a Sustainable Solution to the Illegal Possession, Misuse and Trafficking of Small Arms and Light Weapons and their Ammunition in the Western Balkans by 2024’ was commissioned by UNDP for the South Eastern Europe Clearinghouse for the Control of Small Arms and Light Weapons (SEESAC) in October 2022. The review covers the first period of Roadmap implementation, from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2021. It was undertaken by First Call Partners Ltd between October and December 2022.
