Summary/Abstract: The study was developed within the framework of the project Building the Capacity of Key Actors in the Field of Forced Migration to Introduce a Gender Perspective into Their Work, with financial support from the Government of Canada through the Canadian International Development Agency. The aim of the project was to develop gender sensitivity in the work of organizations and institutions responsible for the implementation of the rights of forced migrants, as well as to develop their mutual cooperation and cooperation with organizations and bodies responsible for the implementation of women's rights in general. The project began with field research on the implementation of women's rights in refugee and displacement situations, conducting ten focus groups with 100 refugee and displaced women and 42 interviews with key actors from relevant professional fields in 5 municipalities in Serbia (Kraljevo, Kruševac, Niš, Požarevac, Stara Pazova). The collected data was integrated into this study and presented, along with important information and knowledge in the field of forced migration and gender issues, at five local seminars that brought together key stakeholders in the field of forced migration, the realization of women's rights, the creation and implementation of social policy, and local public policies in general.
