Summary/Abstract: In the first half of 2025, Serbia continued with similar patterns of compliance with the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), as in 2022 and 2023, when Serbia had compliance rates of 48 percent and 54 percent, respectively. In the first half of 2025, Serbia reached a compliance rate of 52 percent. This also indicates that, despite a relative increase in the compliance rate at the end of 2024 to 59 percent, the overall pattern remains consistent. These rates are the lowest among EU candidate states (Serbia currently has the same compliance rate as Georgia), except for Turkey, whose accession negotiations have been effectively frozen for several years.
