Summary/Abstract: General aim of the research: To contribute to improvement of status and influence of Roma civil society in Montenegro.. Specific aims: 1) To identify the needs of the RE population and the extent of their knowledge and attitudes towards the EU and European integration of Montenegro, in the municipalities defined under project (Ulcinj, Cetinje, Podgorica, Nikšić, Berane); 2) To assess the capacity and willingness of relevant local institutions and civil society organizations to build partnerships for the implementation of the programs and policies for social inclusion of Roma and Egyptians in Montenegro.
