Summary/Abstract: This study has been created from the need to perceive the effects achieved so far with the application of the concept of the confiscation of the proceeds of crime in Montenegro. The Study was being prepared with the support of the US Embassy to Montenegro, within the framework of the project entitled Reform of Judiciary in Montenegro: Support to the Fight against Organized Crime aimed at contributing to the establishment of the full system of the rule of law and to the fulfilment of the criteria for the membership of Montenegro to the European Union. It is intended for decision makers and for the representatives of the public authorities entrusted with the application of the same, but also for all other actors involved in the process of the implementation and monitoring of the legislative reform in Montenegro.
