Summary/Abstract: We are presenting the results of a research conducted by CEDEM Empirical Reserach Department during 2008. During the previous period, CEDEM realised three public research surveys. Besides giving a clear picture of what citizens of Montenegro think of certain socio-political issues, one of the goals is continuous observation of certain issues by standardised indicators. In this way CEDEM tries to enable domestic and foreign, political and expert public to have an empirical cross-section of a public opinion situation in Montenegro as a whole. Therefore, it is a longitudinal research survey capable of timely identifying all key shifts on a political scene as well as significant strategic issues of a political identity of Montenegrin society.
