Summary/Abstract: The Center for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID) implements the project "Institutions and culture - perception of citizens belonging to national minorities", with the aim of identifying the cultural needs of members of the Hungarian, Romanian, Ruthenian, Slovak and Croatian communities. The idea is that through research on the needs of consumers of cultural content from these five national communities, their interests and proposals regarding the activities of the Institute for Culture of the national communities to which they belong are recognized.
