Summary/Abstract: There is agreement that the Constitution of Serbia will be amended at least twice in connection with the process of accession to the European Union. The complex procedure for amending the Constitution will slow down or extend the period required for changes related to accession, as well as any other amendment to the Constitution deemed necessary. Therefore, it is necessary to amend the provisions of the Constitution on its revision, either within the recommended total revision of the Constitution, or together with the first amendments to individual provisions.
