Summary/Abstract: Civil society organizations in the European Union are among the key subjects that significantly influence the adoption of various decisions by its institutions. Serbian civil society organizations should use the accession negotiations as a moment in which they connect with European organizations for the representation of public interests and include them in the decision-making process at the level of the European Union.
