Summary/Abstract: The main topic of the article is considered, first of all, in the context of the application of the fundamental principles of the constitution of the political community. Next, the shortcomings of the existing constitutional and legal system of respect and protection of human rights are analyzed. At the end, directions for revising the constitutional rules on human rights are recommended in the perspective of adopting a new constitutional document.
