Summary/Abstract: The main topic of the text will be considered from three different points of view. First, the constitutional provisions related to the organization of public authority will be linked to the process of establishing the fourth branch of public authority. Second, the uneven positive legal position and role of individual bodies of the fourth branch of public authority will be analyzed. Third, conclusions will be formulated on the future framework of the constitutional arrangement of the fourth branch of public authority.
