Summary/Abstract: Dialogue with society is essential in achieving a genuine and participatory democracy. Any society is made up of groups, individuals and interests that are diverse. At the same time, it is essential that this diversity is taken into account in the processes of administration and management of public affairs, and that the best decisions are taken in the interests of the whole society. This can be achieved through mechanisms and institutions that ensure an active and the broadest possible participation of society in decision-making processes.
