Summary/Abstract: The constitutional reform has been announced for a long time in the political public. From the moment when the current Constitution from 2006 was adopted, it was designated as the temporary highest legal act, whose main advantage compared to the previous one is the possibility of easier change. Almost a decade has passed since the adoption of the constitution, and the highest legal act established numerous illogicalities in the political system, due to which our political community still does not have all the elements of a consolidated democracy.
