Summary/Abstract: In foreign policy, Miloš Zeman is definitely fulfilling the promises he made to voters. Despite all his populist outbursts, he is more friendly towards European integration, which is not a very popular political strategy these days. He travels abroad and takes business delegations with him. He talks about topics that he perceived as important during the campaign, especially investments and infrastructure. However, he has not gotten rid of the old shadows of the past. He generally considers Islam to be a terrorist ideology and, to put it mildly, simplifies the expulsion of the Sudeten Germans.
