Summary/Abstract: The European security environment is currently undergoing the most dynamic changes in the last twenty years. The Czech Republic, together with its allies, is facing a situation where our security and interests are threatened by a military conflict taking place in our immediate vicinity. Although the war in Ukraine has been overshadowed by the migration crisis and the challenges associated with it in recent months, this conflict continues and the security situation in the east of the country is still far from stable.
