Summary/Abstract: After a long hiatus, Czech companies are returning to the African continent, whose economic environment is gradually transforming and stabilizing. Although domestic companies can use some international tools simplifying exports and investments in still quite risky developing markets, they do not yet meet with sufficient state support. The emerging economic diplomacy can, despite widespread stereotypes about sub-Saharan Africa, contribute significantly to their success.
