Summary/Abstract: The historical developments regarding the Republic of Moldova’s European integration process, which began in 2022-2023, also marked 2024. This was determined by the validation of the European integration vector through a constitutional referendum, as well as the preparation for the accession negotiations set to begin in 2025. However, the speed of these processes could be jeopardized by a lack of capacity among public institutions, slow progress in bringing about key reforms, and political developments.
