Summary/Abstract: On October 5, 2020, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova launched the public consultations process for the 2021 fiscal and customs policy measures document. This provided, the Independent Analytical Centre “Expert-Grup” drafted a series of comments and recommendations provided in a comprehensible table format. It is fundamental though that we emphasize three strategic recommendations described in this document.
