Summary/Abstract: This report is a outcome of the Trilateral Project named “Managing Migration in the Black Sea Region: Improving the Implementation of National Policies in Ukraine, Moldova and Romania through Regional Cooperation between NGOs” implemented by three think tanks from Bucharest, Chisinau and Kyiv, with a support of Open Society Foundation network and the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation. The main goal of this report was to explore common problems in migration flows and migration policies in Moldova, Romania and Ukraine and to form an agenda for improving the implementation of national migration policies through intensification of bilateral, trilateral and broader regional cooperation in management of migration in the Black Sea region.
