Summary/Abstract: In the text published in 2021 dedicated to the protection of whistleblowers in the security sector, it was noted that the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers sets extremely restrictive conditions for all whistleblowers to address the public, especially when it comes to the so-called direct address to the public. It is an address that is not preceded by an internal alert (disclosure of information to the employer) or an external alert (disclosure of information to the competent authority).
