Summary/Abstract: The texts from this newsletter form a single whole with the texts from the previous (second) issue. They are, to the greatest extent, the product of the consultative process that Group 484, through regional meetings, conducted with civil society organizations interested in the issues of refugees and displaced persons. The texts also contain subsequently acquired findings and information from communications with representatives of the state sector and international organizations (via telephone and e-mail and within working meetings and round tables). Nevertheless, these texts primarily present a view of things from the point of view of refugees and displaced persons and the non-governmental sector. In this sense, everything recorded here was written without the ambition to be a complete and complete overview of the topics in question, but only as an attempt to shape the exchange of ideas and information and to give a useful incentive for further constructive dealing with the discussed issues.
