Summary/Abstract: The texts in this issue of the newsletter were created on the basis of experiences and information gathered during ten consultative meetings organized in Belgrade, Kraljevo, Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Niš in the period from October 16 to December 11, 2007. Group 484 organized consultations, first, with the refugees and displaced persons themselves, whether they were members of associations, or beneficiaries of certain aid and support activities, such as those organized (or previously organized) by certain local organizations or associations of refugees and/or displaced persons themselves. On the other hand, consultations were organized with representatives of local non-governmental organizations (including associations of refugees and displaced persons) who are engaged in providing assistance and support to refugees and displaced persons. Thus, a total of 155 people participated in this consultation process, and the consultations included 54 local civil society organizations. Also, representatives of eight international (non-governmental and interstate) organizations and agencies, including UNHCR and the OSCE Mission to Serbia, participated in the consultations.
