Summary/Abstract: On 24 December, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced the conclusion of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement. Full ratification is to take place in the first weeks of 2021, which will complete the British exit from the EU. The agreement sets the basis for the EU-UK future relations, including the negotiation of supplementary agreements.
