Summary/Abstract: Građanima Srbije je sinoć rečeno da je proglašeno vanredno stanje. To je učinio predsednik na konferenciji za novinare, rekavši da je odluku doneo zajedno sa predsednicom Skupštine i predsednicom Vlade. Obe su stajale pored njega, ali samo u svojstvu ubledelih statistkinja.
