Summary/Abstract: In this paper, we have analyzed aspects related the tactical activity of hearing witnesses, more precisely, what their statement represents, its importance in the conduct of criminal proceedings and how listen to the various categories of witnesses. Also presented are the activities that take place in the preparation phase of the hearing of witnesses, the tactical conduct in the stage of identifying witnesses, as well as the free reporting of the witness.
