Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the report is to analyse the present situation and the main obstacles in the capital market integration among the candidate countries for EU membership from South East Europe (SEE). We conduct a comparative analysis between countries from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Bulgaria. During the comparative analysis we define main problematic aspects and challenges that these countries should overcome with a view to their future integration into the EU capital markets.
