Summary/Abstract: The author presents detailed review of the contemporary challenges to the European Integration post-Lisbon. The report focuses on the concept for EU differential integration and development on ‘two speeds’ or ‘multi-speed’ Europe, Europe a-la-carte, closer or enhanced cooperation principle.
