Summary/Abstract: As society develops and competitive pressures rise, there is an increasing need for companies and institutions address multiple pressures such as strategic changes, innovation changes, dynamic economic conditions, which creates major challenges for both the private sector and the public sector. This research paper reports on a theoretical and practical research into the process of assessing human potential of the Republic of Moldova, Romania and Ukraine. In order to develop this research, we employed the following methods: induction, deduction, abduction, analysis, synthesis, quantitative research, scientific abstraction.
