Summary/Abstract: This paper describes moral education in the formation of moral conduct in preschoolers from the perspective of values. In the first part of the paper, the concepts (moral conduct / behavior, preschoolers) were defined, continuing with a delimitation of the main frameworks for achieving moral education in preschoolers, the family, on one hand, and the school, on the other hand. Both topics have a special importance in education. The formation of moral conduct is described by exemplifying the values of good-evil, truth-false. In the last part of the paper, the normative framework of the formation of moral conduct is reviewed according to United Nations Convention and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
