Summary/Abstract: The transnational model represents organisational form, which is highly adjusted to the character of the global economy. This reflects on the organisational complexity in many different units, as well as in the organisational coordination, with integration mechanisms of different parts. This paper will emphasize the role of the means and resources throughout the world in highly specialized operations, which are connected through independent relations.
