Summary/Abstract: The current report explains the essence of electronic human resource management, i.e. definitions, types, related terms and also the position on the comprehension map of traditional human resource management in the multinational companies. Special attention is directed to employee electronic portals as an exclusively important component in electronic human resource management system, presenting and analyzing their essence, basic characteristics, advantages and drawbacks.
