Summary/Abstract: The European Union is, in essence, a politico-economic union, in which no analogue or close organization or generic structure could be found, based on this new idea, in this sense - it is sui generis. It is in this complex machine, saturated with well-thought-out details, that lies the success of the expanding community of European countries, for which every internal issue is of paramount importance for solving Europe's common problems. At the heart of the European Union system is a considerable number of philosophical theses, determining the ideological existence of a single European community, formed by states that only two or three decades ago experienced burdensome years of bloody struggles, financial blows and totalitarian dictatorships.
