Summary/Abstract: This report reveals the contemporary phase in the evolution of new employee orientation in business organizations – the so called "onboarding" that is undertaken by management in order to create a sense of higher job satisfaction, increase organizational commitment, lower turnover among personnel members, achieve and maintain higher performance levels, pursue high career effectiveness and lower stress among working people. Basic nuances in the meaning of this forming term are outlined. A reliable model of onboarding, created for the accomplishment of organization’s activities in this sphere of human resource management, is presented and analyzed.
