Summary/Abstract: In modern conditions a guarantee of achievement of competitive advantages of economy is the high intellectual potential of society which is provided with development of system of marketing of educational services. The assessment of competitiveness of economy of Poland and Ukraine concerns opportunities of national producers to compete on internal European and foreign markets with producers of other countries.
