Summary/Abstract: The paper traces the relationship between the housing and the demographic policies in Bulgaria and analyzes how to actually stimulate young people to stay in Bulgaria by satisfying them housing needs. Accessibility to housing policy is key to improving demographics indicators and therefore it is required to apply integrated approach between the two policies.
