Summary/Abstract: The paper treats the characteristic peculiarities of processes of planning, control and analysis of overseas activities of the companies, which determine the specific requirements regarding accounting information in the contemporary conditions of globalization. The key problems related to accounting information provision of the management of overseas activities have been systematized and possible approaches for solving them have been presented. Special attention has been paid to the problems arising as a result of the changes in exchange rates and the application of international transferpricing in the activities of the company.
