Summary/Abstract: The subject of this paper is to determine the role of mergers and acquisitions in Chinese expansion to the Czech Republic, notably to review the popularity of mergers and acquisitionsin comparison to the green field investment. Zero roles of mergers and acquisitions were determined in realised Chinese investments to the Czech Republic.
