Summary/Abstract: Health policy is a broad spectrum of activities across many resorts and involves many actors at different level of government. The health policy at the state level is often analyzed, broadly discussed and compared with other countries. However the regional level seems to be more hidden and considered as less important although regions have many powers due to self-government principles and may affect the state health policy.
