Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to discuss the matter of vocal organ aging both withinthe aspect of larynx producing a vowel sound and the vocal track combiningnose, larynx, pharynx, trachea, bronchia, and thorax. The brain regulates thework of these organs. The production of voice is possible under selfcontrol ofhearing your own words by your ear. The first to hear and listen is the brainand then comes the mind. Our psyche reacts to all this. Involution in agingcomprises the above mentioned organs making the structural histopathological,acoustic and holistic changes.
